Ingredients:
Bread
2 Chorizo Sausages
Provolone cheese
Olive oil
Oregano
Red chilli flakes
Chimichurri (optional)

Ingredients:
3 sweet Italian sausages
9 eggs
3 tbsp cottage cheese (4%)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper
2 green onions
handful of parsley
1 shallot
200g (7 oz.) mozzarella cheese
Salt, black pepper, sweet paprika to taste

Preheat your oven to 375°F / 190°C
Bake at 375°F / 190°C for 35-45 minutes
Allow to cool 10 minutes prior to slicing
