Today I offer you a butternut squash dish made with just a few ingredients. Simple Autumn Recipe! So Delicious! It's beyond perfect and it's so pretty! It’s the perfect combination of easy enough for a cozy dinner tonight, yet fancy enough to serve on special occasions.
Roasted butternut squash is so delicious! I like to season it with olive oil, garlic, salt and black pepper. I also add some Maldon salt and my kids' favorite Parmesan cheese at the end. But that's totally optional!
It also goes well with herbs, so it's incredibly easy to customize this basic recipe by adding your favorite herbs like rosemary, thyme or sage. Some people like it sweet and add honey, cinnamon, maple syrup 🙂 Experiment, make it to your taste. It's so healthy, easy to make and so, so delicious! My kids love it!
