Ingredients:
500 ml milk
8 bread
1 tsp custard powder
mixed nuts
1/4 cup sugar
oil for frying

தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
500 மில்லி பால்
8 ரொட்டி
1 தேக்கரண்டி கஸ்டர்ட் பவுடர்
கலந்த கொட்டைகள்
1/4 கப் சர்க்கரை
வறுக்க எண்ணெய்

Recipe:
Boil milk and add custard powder. Mix well until thick consistency. Switch off the flame and cool completely. Keep it in fridge for some time. Fry bread pieces until golden brown color. Add fried breads into chilled custard milk and garnish with nuts. In this way tasty bread sweet recipe will get ready.

செய்முறை:
பாலை கொதிக்க வைத்து கஸ்டர்ட் பவுடர் சேர்க்கவும். கெட்டியான நிலைத்தன்மை வரை நன்கு கலக்கவும். தீயை அணைத்து, முழுமையாக குளிர்விக்கவும். சிறிது நேரம் குளிர்சாதன பெட்டியில் வைக்கவும். ரொட்டி துண்டுகளை பொன்னிறமாகும் வரை வறுக்கவும். குளிர்ந்த கஸ்டர்ட் பாலில் வறுத்த ரொட்டிகளைச் சேர்த்து, பருப்புகளால் அலங்கரிக்கவும். இப்படி செய்தால் சுவையான ப்ரெட் ஸ்வீட் ரெசிபி தயாராகிவிடும்.
