Traditional and very simple British dish! Easy and very delicious!

This classic British dish is incredibly simple yet satisfying! When I first experienced its flavors, I was blown away. Yes, it's that good! In New York's West Village, there's a charming British restaurant called Tea & Sympathy that my husband and I adore visiting. INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp Beef Tallow
700g / 1.4lb Pork Sausages

For Batter:
4 large eggs
1/4 cup / 60ml water
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 cup flour
3/4 cup / 180ml Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
Pinch White Pepper
2 tsp Beef Tallow

Onion gravy:
1 tbsp beef tallow
1 onion
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp plain flour
2 cups / 520ml beef stock (broth)
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Season with salt and black pepper
