A quick recipe

To a pan add 3 tbsp oil, 1 chopped onion and sauté for 3 min.

Then add 2 chopped tomato, 1 tsp fennel seeds and cook for 5 min.

Now add 2 cup chopped bitter gourd and saute for 3 min.

Add salt, 3 tbsp red chilli powder and cook for 5 min.

Add 1/4 cup coconut, 1 tsp cumin and grind it.

Add the coconut mix to kadai and cook until it turns out dry and oil will starts to separate.

Turn off the flame and serve it with white rice.
