Nandu Kulambu in Tamil / Pollachi Nandu Curry / Crab Curry with coconut milk

In this video we will see how to make Nandu Kulambu in Tamil. Crab recipes are always special and I am very fond of seafood. This nandu kulambu recipe was sent to me by Pradeep Rajkumar from Pollachi who claimed that this recipe had an unique taste. I tried it a couple of times and got amazing results. The coconut milk added at the end of the recipe adds a unique flavor to the nandu curry.

To make curry powder:
2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 Tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Pepper corns
5 Dry red Chilies
3 Cloves
3 Cardamom
2 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
