INGREDIENTS:
3 medium sized potatoes
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 tsp sweet smoked Spanish peppers
120ml / 1/2 cup white wine
1 tbsp corn starch
500ml 2 / cups vegetable broth
handful of fresh parsley
Season with salt and black pepper
