1/4 ts turmeric powder
1 ts chilli powder
1/2 ts coriander powder
1/2 ts garam masala

3 டீஸ்பூன் தேங்காய்
1 மிளகாய்
5 முந்திரி
1 ts பெருஞ்சீரகம் விதைகள்
3 ஏலக்காய்
2 டீஸ்பூன் எண்ணெய்
1 வளைகுடா இலை
1 ts பெருஞ்சீரகம் விதைகள்
1 ஏலக்காய் கருப்பு
2 இலவங்கப்பட்டை
சில கறிவேப்பிலை
1 கப் நறுக்கிய வெங்காயம்
2 நறுக்கிய தக்காளி
1/4 ts மஞ்சள் தூள்
1 ts மிளகாய் தூள்
1/2 ts கொத்தமல்லி தூள்
1/2 ts கரம் மசாலா
