Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
Cloves- 4 to 5
Chinnamon- 1-2
Cardamom- 2
Javitri- 1
Pepper- 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves- 1 String
Ginger- 1 Piece
Coriander Leaves- 2 Tbsp
Shallots- 10
Garlic Cloves- Handful
Coconut- 1 tbsp



~For Gravy~


Mutton- 1/2 kg
Oil- 3 tbsp
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Chinnamon- 1
Fennel Seeds- 1 tsp
Curry Leaves- 1 string
Coriander Leaves- Handfull
Shallots- 10
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomato- 2
Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder- 2 tbsp
Water to adjust consistency
