Ingredients

For Masala Paste:
Oil 2 tb
Onion- 1 cup
Few curry leaves
Garlic- Handful
Cumin powder - 1 ts
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 ts
Coriander powder- 4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 ts
Salt to taste

For Kulambu:
Tamarind- 1 (tamarind size)
Oil- 3 tb
Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds- 1/4 tsp
Chopped Onion- 2 Cup
Curry Leaves- few
Salt to Taste
Chopped Tomato- 2
Fish- 750g
