Pepper-1 ts
Cumin seeds-1 ts
Garlic-handful
Oil-1ts
Mustard-1ts
Turmeric powder-1/2ts
Red chilli -1
Hing-1ts
Tomato-1
Tamarind juice
Few Coriander leaves
Few curry leaf
Lemon rasam:
1 tomato
1 piece ginger
1 green chilli
Few curry leaves
Handful coriander leaves
Water as required
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 Cup cooked thoor dal
1 tsp oil
1tsp mustard Seeds
1 Tsp cumin seeds
1 red chilli
2 pinch hing
1 tbs coconut
Coriander leaves
Tomato Rasam:
Handful garlic
Few curry leaves
3 green chilli
1 Tsp cumin seeds
1 Tsp pepper
1 Tsp coriander seeds
1 Tsp oil
1 Tsp ghee
1/2 tsp mustard Seeds,urad dal
2 red chilli
Few curry leaves
1 tomato
Water
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves few
Tamarind juice
1/2 Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp hing

Toor Dal- 3 tbsp
Tamarind- amla size
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder- 1 tsp
Cumin Powder- 1 tsp
Salt to Taste
Oil- 1 1/2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds- 1 tsp
Urad Dal- 1 tsp
Hing- 1 Tsp
Red Chilli- 3
Curry Leaves- Few
Green Chilli- 2
Minced Garlic- Handful
Tomato- 1 (chopped)
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt to Taste
Coriander Leaves- Handful
Kalyana rasam:
For Making Tamarind Water
Tamarind- Lemon Size
Water- As Required
For Making Rasam Powder
Asafoetida- 1/4 Tsp
Toor Dal- 2 Tsp
Pepper- 2 Tsp
Cumins- 1 Tsp
Coriander Seeds- 1 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves- 1 String
Red Chilli- 2 to 3
Fenugreek Seeds- 1/4 tsp
