தேவையான பொருட்கள்

வெண்ணெய் - 1 மேசைக்கரண்டி
மக்கனா - 50 கிராம்
மிளகாய் தூள் - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
மஞ்சள் தூள் - 1/4 தேக்கரண்டி
சாட் மசாலா தூள் - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
உப்பு

செய்முறை:
1. ஒரு கடாயில் நெய் சேர்த்து மக்கனாவை 10 நிமிடம் வறுக்கவும்.
2. மக்கனா பொன்னிறமாக மாறிய பிறகு, அடுப்பை அணைத்து விட்டு, உப்பு, மிளகாய் தூள், மஞ்சள் தூள், சாட் மசாலா சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும்.
3. அடுத்து சிறிது நெய் சேர்த்து கலந்து விடவும்.
4. மசாலா மக்கனா தயார்.
