Ingredients:
Raw rice 1 Cup
Channa dal 1 Cup
Wheat flour 1 cup


Instructions(rice flour):
Soak rice for 2 hours.
Drain water and spread in a cotton cloth and allow it to dry completely.
Then transfer to a mixer and grind into a fine powder..Sieve it and dry roast.Keep aside to cool down.Cool down completely then store it.

Instructions (gram flour):
Dry roast channa dal on low heat and cool down.transfer to mixi and grind into fine powder.seive well and store it.

Instructions (maida):
Seive the wheat flour as per the video and store it.
