Spicy Beef Kulambu

Rich, bold, and packed with heat! Spicy Beef Kulambu is a mouthwatering South Indian curry that’s perfect with rice or parotta for a flavorful feast.

Ingredients

- BEEF (preferably with bones) 1 lb
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Chili Powder 1 Teaspoons
- Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoons
- Cumin Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
- Fennel Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
- Garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
- Salt 1 Tablespoons

Preparation mode

1 - Grind 50¼ of the onions, tomato, coriander powder, chili and cumin in the blender with very little water
2 - Heat oil on medium heat in frying pan
3  -Add fennel powder,and the remaining onions and fry till golden brown
4 - Add the ground ingredients with the garlic paste and turmeric powder and fry
5 - Add the BEEF pieces to these ingredients and let them fry really well till all the paste gets into the BEEF pieces for at least 5 minutes
6 - Add 1 cup water and close the pan and let it cook on low heat for about 15 minutes until the BEEF is cooked and desired consistency is reached
7 - TIP Do not let the BEEF overcook or it will lose flavor and taste
