Beef Vindaloo Kulambu

Spicy, tangy, and bursting with bold flavors, Beef Vindaloo Kulambu is the ultimate curry to spice up your meal with rice or roti!

Ingredients

    Beef   
    1 lb
  •  
    Onions
    2

    Tomato
    2
  •  
    Vinegar    
    1 Tablespoons
  •  
    Garlic
    5 Pounds
  •  
    Chilli Powder
    1/2 Teaspoons
  •  
    Turmeric Powder  
    1 Teaspoons
  •  
    Ginger    
    1 medium size
  •  
    Green chilies    
    4 medium size
  •  
    Cilantro    
    1/4 bunch
  •  
    Cumin seed    
    1/2 Teaspoons
  •  
    Salt   
    As per taste
     

Preparation mode

  • Wash the beef and soak in little vinegar for about ten minutes
  • Grind 1 onion, 1 tomato, 3 pods of garlic, ginger small piece and mustard into a thick paste
  • In a large pan, add the remaining cut onion then add chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry well
  • Add tomato and fry for sometime till the tomato is slightly fried, add the masala and fry well
  • Add beef to this and fry well. Add water accordingly and cook the beef or you can cook the beef separately in a cooker and add now to this masala. You can add some cumin seeds for flavor
    Before shutting the heat off add the vinegar and the cumin seeds and shut off the heat now. Serve hot with rice, idli, dosai, chappatis and paratas
